About Michela
I support women, particularly in midlife and the second half of life, to bring mind, body, and soul into harmony, so they can meet daily challenges with ease and live lives that feel meaningful and aligned. Using PSYCH-K® belief-change processes and embodied movement meditation practices such as 5Rhythms®, I work with both the subconscious mind and the intelligence of the body to create lasting, sustainable change.
Energetic, passionate and generous by nature, I encourage curiosity, expression and openness to new possibilities. I create a safe, supportive space where women can explore, move and gently release old patterns at their own pace — without pressure or judgment.
The Seasons That Shape Us
Raised in Italy and shaped by life in London and Dubai, I bring a globally informed perspective grounded in culture, elegance and diversity. My work honours each woman’s unique life experience.
I am married and the mother of three grown daughters, experiences that have offered deep joy and lessons, particularly around transition, identity and the evolving stages of womanhood. When my own children left the nest and I experienced hormonal change, I faced these transitions firsthand. Like many women, I questioned who I was becoming and how to move forward with grace. The tools I now share continue to support me in becoming more serene, accepting and deeply aligned with myself.
I believe the answers we seek already reside within us. Remembering who we are and accessing that inner wisdom in partnership, makes the journey easier, more supported and more meaningful.

The second half of life is not about becoming less. It is about becoming more fully ourselves, with renewed clarity and quiet excitement for what is still ahead.
